Bhramari Lakshanam

Utpluta bhramari chakrabhramari garudabidha
Tathaikapaadhabhramari kunchithabhramari tathã

Bhramaryaha saptavigyeya natyashastra vishaaradaihi


Utpluta In Samapăda position(Standing with feet together),the whole body is moved & hands on hip with ardhachandra hasta
Chakra When both feet are kept on the ground, the hands held in Tripatataka ,and the body is revolved, resembling a wheel
Garuda The knee of one foot on the ground, the other leg stretched out , both hands spread out and whirled in circular movement.
Ekapada Turning around on one foot
Kunchita Moving round with knees bent
Akasha With both legs stretched out, leaping while turning the whole body around
Anga If one leaps with feet half a cubic apart and then stops, it is Anga Bhramari
